The IDI Group Companies of Arlington has completed its first 402-apartment building at Rivergate, located on the Occoquan River next to the Occoquan Harbor Marina in Woodbridge.

“Rivergate represents the essence of our corporate motto of ‘developing better environments for people,’ and residents are going to benefit from that on a daily basis,” said Carlos Cecchi, the IDI managing director who is project manager for Rivergate.

He highlighted its location to the river, social opportunities of multiple indoor and outdoor lounges at the pool and on the roof, onsite health and fitness center, sand volleyball and more.
